In addition, I can handle pressure on a fast-paced environment with minimum supervision. I am also aware of how to handle different type of customers since that for almost 2 years I talk to different kind of people everyday. I handle Billing and Sales questions and providing resolutions that would benefit our customer creating advocates among them. Also I am williing to learn more when it comes to this type of job since that will add knowledge and skills that I want to have. Furthermore, I can work anytime at your disposal. I have reliable internet service and headset plus laptop on the go.
