Admin Support, Marketing and Customer Service is my forte. I landed my first job as a technical support representative at Concentrix-Synnex Inc. in Davao City. As a technical support representative, I was responsible for handling customer service issues, Troubleshooting routers, hubs, expanders and handling other technical issues of in warranty products. It also involves a little bit of sales because we offer and sell technical services for out of warranty products and service upgrade from manual troubleshooting to remote access for end user’s convenience. I also have extensive experience as an Order Entry and Customer Service Associate at Sutherland Global Services Inc. in two accounts; Windows 7 and FTD. The job includes, answering technical queries about the products, offers and sells product upgrades, I also serve as a product expert to make sure that the offered products suits the customer’s needs. I take customer orders and make sure the metrics are met (75% conversion rate, 7:20 AHT and $56 dollars Average Order Value), I really excelled in this field because I was the the top-seller for 2 consecutive months.On my fifth month on the job, I was promoted to become a Training Apprentice/Subject Matter Expert where I was given the tasked to conduct product specific and sales training to newly hired associates to prepare them in taking actual calls. After the training, I also act as their supervisor for two weeks to make sure that they reach the metrics, coaching them if they fall short. When the account was transferred to another site, the company did not offer relocation. During that time I was offered a job as a product specialist in a pharmaceutical company (Cyno sure Healthcare Inc.) which I gladly grabbed. I was then introduced to working from home and I've been doing it for 5 years now.
