I possess above average skills in internet, software and hardware applications, technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge in Basic Broadband held desk support including, but not limited to: support for TCP/IP, DOCSIS, and Networking Technology, Basic to Advanced Hardware & Software troubleshooting and tutorial, proficiency in using MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook Configuration), above average skills in using Microsoft Excel (creation of reports, auto-filtering and sorting, data validation, conditional formatting, pivoting, proper formula usage for faster and more convenient computations and reports), ability to use several operating systems such as Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8. basic knowledge and navigation in Mac OS, and typing speed of 75-80wpm.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for AT&T Collections Department from November 2011 until January 2012. I was re-profiled by the same employer to a different account and worked as a Tier 1 Customer Service & Technical Support Representative for Toshiba from May 2012 and was promoted to Tier 3 Specialist last February 2013. With excellent technical and troubleshooting skills, although we provide technical support to customer over the phone, we also provide customer service for non-technical concerns such as Repair Status Inquiry, Repair Order Inquiry, Recovery Media Orders, Product Inquiry and Registration, Handling Customer Complaints, De-escalation and proper escalation if necessary. For technical concerns in Tier 3 Department, we handle out-of-scope issues escalated by Tier 1 such as:
1. Malware scan, diagnosis, removal prevention
2. Network and Internet
3. Third-party Hardware and Software
4. Operating System Support and Optimization
5. Data Backup and Restore
I transferred to a different employer with a different line of business. I was hired last May 2013 as an Administrative Officer in a local Pharmaceutical Distribution company. Mostly, I deliver clerical/administrative and other tasks assigned by the management such as being an Assistant Operations Manager and Executive Assistant for the Board of Directors. My multitasking skill was put to the test and was greatly developed since I handle concerns from different departments and was assigned several duties and responsibilities such as:
1. I.T. Consultant
• Maintenance of all office equipment such as desktops, laptop, printers, scanners, modems, fax machines and phone system to make sure they stay in good running condition
• Performs troubleshooting of any defective office equipment mentioned above
• Handles hardware, software, and networking support
• Keeps documents of all equipment for warranty purposes
• Tutorial to all employees proper use and maintenance of equipment
2. Reports Analyst
• Gathering, encoding, saving records of company data
• Turns those data into figures through Excel software for more convenient study
• Creates reports, charts, presentation and provides summary & analysis of provided data to be presented to managers and Board of Directors
• Makes sure that all company records are accurate
• Sends notification or reminders to Sales Team or any persons involved for the submission of individual reports for compilation
• Reconciles generated report from actual using supporting documents such as sales invoices, purchase orders, collections receipts, operations log, inventory log to ensure accuracy of report
3. Purchasing Officer
• Responsible for ordering and taking inventory of office supplies, furniture, and appliances
• Supervision of inventory level to avoid insufficiency of stocks and as well as overstocking
• Creating weekly, monthly, yearly report of inventory level which also indicates the total cost to be submitted to the managers and Board of Directors
• Creating Purchase Requests depending on inventory level to be approved by the Head of Purchasing
• Interaction with suppliers for any transactions to be made
• Processing Purchase Orders to be issued to suppliers
• Ensures organized compilation of records or documents such as Purchase Requests, Check/Cash Vouchers, Purchase Orders & Sales Invoice issued to suppliers, Official Receipts issued suppliers
• Receives goods from suppliers upon delivery, making sure that requested products are delivered in exact quantity, and also in good condition
4. Human Resources & Recruitment
• Supervises, recruits, and trains specialized and administrative support personnel; and assigns, reviews and evaluates their work
• Completes technical tasks such as EEO, new employee orientation, position management, recruitment, and/or benefits
• Responsible in search of applicants in means of posting ads and referrals
• Filters potential employees from applicants through background check, interviews and evaluation
• Submits evaluation of applicants to managers and Human Resources Manager
• Facilitating new employee orientations
• Scheduled discussion of company rules and regulations to all employees
• Supervision of new hire employees may it be Medical Sales Representatives or Administrative Staffs, from their training and probationary period and attend to their needs regarding work-related matters
• Introduction of new hires to other staff members as well as the overall operations of the company.
• Creation of the draft of employee contracts to be submitted to managers for review and approval
• Explains to newly hired employees the contents, terms and conditions stated in the job contract
• Collecting requisite paperwork from new staff
• Creation of the draft of employee handbook and policies that needs to be added or implemented based on the negative effects of inefficient employees to the company
• Strict implementation of all company policies and makes sure all employees are guided accordingly
• Attends to hearings, exit interviews, facilitates employee resignation, and other related matters
5. Accounting & Finance
• Reports to the Director of Finance
• Responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable while managing office operations
• Assists with the administration and monitoring of financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner
6. Sales Team Support
• Delivers goods or products ordered by clients to accounts
• Making inquiries to the clients through phone conversation or over-the-counter for any collections
• In charge of collecting payments from clients
• Presentation of company slides during meetings, events such as RTDs
• Explores the territory once in a while or as needed to check on every Sales Representative and as well as establishing and maintaining CRM with the clients
