Profile Description

I'm familiar and quite knowledgeable with Microsoft Office applications. I'm a hardworking person, I know it's a bit cliche but i know i really am, I'm very committed to what i do especially when i find it exciting and challenging. I got moderate speed when it comes to typing but I'll get the job done still on time. I love browsing the internet, reading facts and stuff. Not that much active to social media but signing up and cope up with how it works is easy for me. And with that being said, I learn fast and adopt/cope up very well at a short period of time. When it comes to programming i know bits of it since i was an IT student.still got few more units to finish. but i understand how it works. I work well with C/C++ Programming.
when it comes to customer service, i was a Customer Service Representative just last year and it's fun..my account was AT&T, a very challenging account yet it was a great experience for me. i see to it that i give quality service and customers are satisfied before we end our calls.. Stressful it is but i can handle it. I'll function and give out more than what's being expected from me as long as I'm treated fair.
