Profile Description

I've been in the BPO industry for quite some time now (4-5 years). I handled both outbound and inbound campaigns and also been an email support representative. My most recent job was a freelance customer service rep for a shopping website campaign which is a home based job. I answered phone and email inquiries from customers and also did a few outbound calls for them if needed. I did this job on a full time basis. I was also an international sales representative and also became an agent OIC (similar to a team supervisor) from the previous employer prior to my most recent job.
