6. Identify possible fraud schemes.
7. Help the customers in reporting fraud transactions on their credit card.
8. Go to work prepared and on time.
9. Avoid absences.

1. Never been absent without a valid reason.
2. Awarded as BEST AGENT for having the LOWEST AHT.
3. Got 9 out of 10 VERY SATISFIED customer satisfaction survey in 1 month.r
