- Formed centers and groups of Micro-finance members in several municipalities of  Zamboanga Sibugay and Misamis Oriental
- Organized micro-finance centers covering 12 municipalities of Zamboanga Sibugay  Province and Misamis Oriental
- Supervised regularly a team of development officers and Micro-finance members
- Organized public and on-site trainings and seminars
- Booked travels and venues for training events, meetings for trainers and resource speakers
