Profile Description

I am a Customer Service Representative with 7 years of experience. With my experience in the customer service industry, I can assist with various tasks including answering emails, taking inbound calls, handling customer complaints and providing after sales support.
I'm also an eBay Specialist since 2011. I have been exposed to the platform on a daily basis, 3 years as a Customer Support Specialist/Team Leader for a contact center that caters eBay users and over a year as an eBay Account Manager. Some of the tasks that I did as an eBay Account Manager include answering inquiries/emails, handling complaints, monitoring price fluctuation and inventory level, order fulfillment, uploading tracking numbers, monitoring seller performance, doing web and market research and other administrative tasks.
Having the above experiences, I was able to hone my both my English writing and speaking skills which have made me successful at connecting both with my employers and customers. I can follow instructions easily and do work with minimal supervision. I seek for a stable job where I can help contribute in the growth of your business.
