I worked with 1&1 Internet as a Technical Support Representative and our task includes answering customer's queries regarding our products and solving technical issues via calls and emails. Our scope of support includes email issues (email client, sending/receiving emails), website issues(debugging, site down, website creation). Most of the customers
use Wordpress and Joomla for their website and thus I am very much aware of how these CMS work which includes troubleshooting website issues and website creation. I am flexible kind of person and would like to learn new things so any training that would help me improve my skills would be very much appreciated.
