Profile Description

Being a virtual staff is great! It has given me the opportunity to work with people in various parts of the world giving them quality service as an assistant.
All began when I joined a seminar on Being a Virtual Staff. It was a two day boot camp with extensive training on how to be an excellent virtual assistant and the tools that most assistants and their customers use.
It is on this seminar that I began to use some tools that I seldom use like Skype for day to day communicating with the team. The Dropbox tool to store and exchange files especially completed outputs. Using Basecamp as a project management tool, and AdSystem, a tool to generate sales report.
Since that boot camp I have over 9 months of work experience working as a Virtual assistant for the President of a publishing company. And all of the tools mentioned above is what I use in my day to day line of work. My tasks include but are not limited to:

Assist in handling corporate tasks using Basecamp, Microsoft Office and Dropbox; perform administrative support, business management, and various office functions.

Manage, plan and organize company calendar
•
Documentation: Data entry and transcription
•
Research personal and business information of key people, competitors and potential clients
•
Generate company reports
