Profile Description

I am a customer service representative in the BPO industry for
more than 6 years . I handled outbound for timeshare. I also have experience
in inbound sales
for Dell computers. I was also a customer service rep for Paypal.
The most recent account I handled is
inbound sales
for Norton Live services and
the billing service for windstream phone and internet service
provided .
Client satisfaction is my extreme concern, My
objective is to maintain a long professional relationship with the clients. I am a are freelancer's who is able to adapt to the requirements of each client and works to a state of perfection to achieve my clients trust. Each assignment is an opportunity in itself which gives me a chance to share our talents and skills.
