I’m used to diving into the day-to-day workflows, keeping a close eye on job orders, and making sure our team of machinists never misses a deadline. A big part of my role has been bridging the communication gap between the shop floor and corporate leadership, which meant turning daily progress into clear reports for the Operations Manager. I also love getting hands-on with the technical details—whether that’s taking exact physical measurements to map out high-accuracy blueprints or handling the finalized schematics to make sure the transition from design to actual production goes off without a hitch.
