Profile Description

I have worked in a call center for at least 9 years now. I started as an agent taking Financial calls handling customer inquiries and complaints of their account transactions and attracted customers by answering promos and service questions and by suggesting information about other products and services.
Also became a
Technical Support handling customer inquiries and complaints about technical issues and attained to resolve it in accordance with the company's guidelines and policies. I have managed to do multi-tasking as all of the informations from the customers were recorded, updated and maintained
to the data base at the same time while being with them on the phone and resolving their concerns.
I worked my way up to become a Quality Assurance Analyst that monitored and evaluated agents based on their professionalism of handling calls and the display of their knowledge on the account or product facilities.
I also became a Real Time Analyst with the main responsibility of monitoring the voice and non-voice queue, as well as managed the agents breaks, and checked agents schedule adherence and aux abuses of 50 or more agents of each queue. I also Ensured the agents productivity to be able to meet the program metrics and should come up with an immediate solution real
time to some issues that requires immediate attention. Part of my work is to send interval, day end and monthly reports of programs metrics to the Management team.
Working in a Call Center industry with the position I held helped me hone my skills on decision making to establish process that can help the program generate revenue which I can contribute with work at home jobs that your company offers.
I have invested a workstation at my home that meets your system requirements.
