Profile Description

I have been working as a Virtual assistant for almost three years now. I have supported three clients in those almost three years of experience, one client with a tutoring services company, one with a recruitment agency mostly for engineering positions, and a freelancing position working as a Talent Acquisition specialist helping out with recruitment admin tasks. I have handled customer service via emails to our clients and tutors, created contracts for our newly hired tutors and new clients, checked the schedule of my client for the day, checked texts of our leads, conducted training for our new tutors, and computing salaries and doing a bit of accounting of some of the client's accounts. I am also assigned to work on checking the lead counts and do some marketing strategies on how we can have better results from our craigslist postings to gain more clients. For my second client, I am assigned to admin tasks such as email management, calendar management, reaching out to possible approved candidates, and processing applicants' applications. For my last freelancing work, I was responsible for doing basic recruitment tasks like sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, screening CVs of applicants, and doing phone screening for the initial stage. I believe that those experiences can help me perform well in this job as I am a flexible person and can easily adjust to a new environment. I can work under minimal supervision and also can learn new things pretty quickly. I hope you find this helpful as a reference.
