I'm a graduate of Tourism in Lyceum of the Philippines University. I started working in the year 2010 for BPO/Call Center Company for more than 2 years. I have been trained as a universal agent for a US based account and also handled an Australian technical support account. I'm also trained to do upselling of the other services offered by the company. I'm a fast learner, willing to be train, an excellent typist,fluent in English language both verbal and written. I'm a multitasker,can work under pressure and time.
