Let me start of by introducing myself. I'am Yzabelle friends do call me Kookie which ever you prefer. I previously worked in call centers in which my English skills, in terms of speaking was enhanced. Although I did graduate with a Bachelor degree in Ateneo de Davao University. I was able to handle account for Norton Antivirus at the same time AT&T, as you may know we actually cater the needs of foreign clients specifically in the US. I can say that due to this I was able to be more confident in speaking the English language at the same time I can write it. Both of my accounts that I handled we assist the technical aspect and customer service to meet customers satisfaction. Computer wise i have my fair share of knowledge on it. Other than this I'am a flexible person who can easily adapt to new ideas and very much open for it.
