Profile Description

I have over 4 years of experience as an Administrative and Executive Assistant with an emphasis in Administration, Sales and Marketing - in an office setting. I had a lot of experience when it comes to various administrative tasks.

Mainly I provide high level day-to-day executive support to co-founders and leadership team. Proactively manage all aspects of diary and email management, correspondence, preparation of materials for meetings, presentations and coordination of meetings and documentation, preparation of meeting agendas including minute taking and distribution of minutes to relevant parties and follow up of actions and outcomes. Also do event management for the executive and the Team – I manage the executive’s schedule by arranging appointments, planning events, including but not limited to booking of all flights, accommodation, travel itineraries etc. Produce reports for the team, based on historical references or research, as requested.

Carry out other administrative tasks such as inputting data, processing information and assisting the team with any admin ad hoc requirements.
