I was with BPO industry for almost 7 years. I handled different types of program mainly including sales and customer service.
Some of the programs I've handled are Telecommunications company where I was a customer service representative there with some sales. I also had an outbound account for credit card, an email support for hotel reservations and the last one was a technical support for a financial software. I used to be an assistant trainer where I cross trained agents for new program.
I have a very good communication and call handling skills. I'm an expert in dealing with different types of people and knows how to profile them. I am an easy learner and is persistent to know more about what I have to know. Working in a flexible schedule is not an issue for me for I am used to these changes. I can work with minimal supervision.
