I worked as a Technical support for internet, TV and phone for almost 6 years we also do some billing and sales but we are trained mainly on technical side we also helped technicians on sight and resolve order errors through chat, I am very good in multitasking and I have great keyboarding skills. During High school through College, I write essays and topics for school papers so I am also useful as a Blogger and article writer.
