All things can be learned.To be honest I am not knowledgeable enough
in this kind of job.But I'm willing to render my full time doing tasks.I was trained as a customer representative for 18 days and worked for 1 month in a BPO company.But unfortunately the company minimize employees,due to low calls volume received. And I applied again in other companies.And sad part I didn't make it.Maybe because one reason in me is of
having low self-esteem.Wishing to get hired and willing to work again.Yet,I didn't stop there I tried another field of job.Somewhat so far from an agent, I turned into an operator in Japanese Company and worked for 1 year and 2 months.And as my contract ends,I am jobless.I am staying home now trying my luck again to use my skills.And wishing to experience how a homebase job is.
