Credentialing Specialist at Health Carousel
- Receiving and processing the ticket according to their assignment in every facility
- Identifying what kind of assignment they have in their respective facility
- downloading their requirements/documents and uploading in Upgrade to see actual info for the perusal of the facilities
- 

• Posting sales orders, uploading tracking numbers, invoicing and posting payment of e-commerce orders using Quickbooks on the same day.
• Using the open sales order report to follow up back orders that are 3 days old.
• Follow up and post tracking numbers for drop ship orders.
• Inquiry/Contact Person of sales agents
o item and stock availability
o tracking number follow up
• Calling vendors/suppliers to order items not available on warehouse for drop shipping
• Sending
Invoices of Sales Agents through Quickbooks
• Batch and Capture Payments for Ecommerce and exporting it to Quickbooks
• Filtering and Logging Ecommerce Possible Fraud Orders for CS Verification
• Processing Orders
• Creating USPS Return Label
• Sending daily sales report
• Website update and maintenance
• Product database maintenance
• Monitor and add product listings on all shopping sites
