• 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, including 8+ years in Software Testing of web-based and mobile applications across Utility, Insurance, Banking, and Mobility/Transportation Technology industries.• ISTQB Certified – CTFL-AT with strong knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile and Waterfall.• Extensive experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).• Experience in API testing and Database testing, including creating SQL queries for data validation and verification.• Skilled in test planning, test case design and execution, and defect/bug tracking and reporting.• Experienced in analyzing user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure complete test coverage.• Conducted application demonstrations and walkthroughs for stakeholders and project teams.• Leadership experience in test estimation, resource planning, team management, performance evaluation, and mentoring/coaching QA tea ---------- mbers.
