Profile Description

I'm currently working as a credit & collection staff in one private company. In this position I'm handling the Service & Units accounts in the company. In this job, I'm responsible in providing Statement of Account (SOA) of our client. I also monitoring and updating the accounts of each company's client, I'm monitoring their existing balance and controlling services if there is a large amount of overdue balances existing in the account or ledger of the customer. It is also my responsibility to inform our client of their overdue balances to make them aware on their existing balance with our company. Every 30th of the month the accounting dept. and I have a reconciliation between our records, we are updating the monthly aging of accounts receivables fr the units and services account. And as a staff, retention / filing of documents and securing invoices is part of my job as well. When it comes to my skill, I'm proficient in using different computer software such MS office, Photoshop or windows movie maker. I'm also a kind of person who has good analytic skills specially in numbers.
