I was an Account officer before and i handled difficult clients who usually gets irritated because we always remind them about their payments. Luckily i was trained how to handle difficult clients and it was easy for me to pacify them. My second job was a Technical Support Representative where i troubleshoot internet problems. We specialized router, switch and other internet devices. Sometimes i encounter irate customer where i easily pacify them. I was awarded one of CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) King. We got that from our customers around U.S.A and Canada.
