Profile Description
I was Responsible for monitoring the Company’s Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables. I Perform the daily cash count for Collections and Petty Cash Fund. In addition, I Prepare the expense schedule for the replenishment of Petty Cash Fund and Monitor the schedule for payment of expenses to the supplier. I also responsible on the preparation the checks for the payment of expenses and in encoding of journal entries to the Company’s accounting system (Peachtree). Lastly, I was responsible for checking, correcting and maintaining a variety of financial or other business records and in assist the Finance Manager in preparing the monthly Financial Report.
