I have strong experience managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and credit memos. I am detail-oriented and well-versed in reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with vendors and internal departments.

Responsible for managing and safeguarding payroll-related data and processes to ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This role often supports the payroll department with administrative tasks, recordkeeping, and confidentiality management.

I am responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records for a business.

Journal Entries: Prepare, review, and post journal entries for financial transactions such as accruals, prepaids, depreciation, and adjusting entries. Account Reconciliation: Reconcile balance sheet accounts (e.g., cash, accounts receivable, liabilities) to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data. Month-End and Year-End Close: Support the monthly and annual closing processes by finalizing entries, reviewing accounts, and preparing supporting schedules. Trial Balance Preparation: Generate and review the trial balance to ensure debits and credits are balanced and accounts are properly classified.

I do not have direct experience, but I have knowledge of Xero, as I attended Australian bookkeeping training that used Xero, and I continuously watch training videos on YouTube to enhance my skills.

While I don't have direct experience, I have a working knowledge of Quickbooks through self-study via YouTube tutorials.
