Profile Description

Solely responsible for selecting hiring, interviewing and orienting Native English Speaker teachers to be assigned in different government schools in Thailand.
Key Accomplishments:
? Able to hire more than 30 qualified Native English speakers before the semester starts, and assigned them to various schools.
? Was able to create policies and guidelines to be followed by the teachers while they are in the school
? Made memos, keep tracked of the progress and performance of each teachers, assist on their inquiries through emails and phone conversation
? Contacting overseas companies, sending business proposal and business inquiries as assigned by Director
