I have been working in the call center industry here in the Philippines since 2003 and have been in a supervisory position since 2004.
I started out in tech support for an ISP company helping out customers in dial-up and dsl connectivity issues. I also did web hosting tech support. I moved on to a computer hard ware company doing tech support as well.
I am currently employed by one of the biggest banks in the U.S. doing collection efforts for deposit accounts.
