Profile Description

I've been working remotely for 9 years now as a Remote Senior Manager, Performance Manager, and Project Manager. I experienced working on home-based jobs such as customer service, email support, live chat support, technical support, and as a team leader/manager. I have been a virtual assistant providing professional administrative, technical, or social assistance to clients remotely. I am excellent in data entry projects, emails, transcriptions, web research, and several other services.
I also worked in the BPO industry for about 6 years and I have gained substantial experience and outstanding skills in customer service covering financial, technical, and retention fields with strong written and oral communication skills. I am also an experienced Resolutions Supervisor assigned to take escalated calls, resolve customer complaints, and promote conflict resolution. I also have great experience and a thorough understanding of sales and marketing. I've proved to be extremely reliable, and I am able to work well with various people and management styles. I also have been known to take initiative when problems arise. I have the ability to work independently, with minimal supervision. I can do multitask and can work under pressure. I am so much open to growing and learning more as I want to maximize my knowledge, skills, and experiences to be successful in any field.
