I am an Operations Associate/Report Writer.Performs Background checking of qualified applicants, performs physical check on the documents submitted by the applicant,analyzes Data by checking the information submitted by them with the agency through their specific website, collects all the information coming from different department to be able to check before submission to the company who orders documents.Prior to the above skills, I also worked as an Account Specialist with the responsibility of reviewing the account of credit card holder. I also assist the card holder with their complaints regarding the action taken on their account to avoid them from filing complaints at the Office of Fair Trading at united Kingdom. As a Sales Specialist, I encourage prospective customer to avail of the value added features offered by the company. Process payments of the Card Holder and provide them important information about their account. I am also skilled as a Documentation Officer, mastery in the concept and practices of the import/export industry to include preparation of entries, opening of the letters of credit, import/export documentation, liquidation of import entries,coordination with different Government agancies, Bonded warehousing, insurance and general customs procedure and practices.
