Experience on different e-commerce businesses like Amazon US, UK,DE,IT,FR,ES, CA, Ebay, Bonanza, Etsy, Vendio and Rakuten. I also manage wordpress websites,Social Media, Sales and Marketing and run promotions using different advertising tools like Facebook Adverts, Amazon Ad Campaign and Google Adwords. 5 years sales and marketing experienced locally where I generate sales and gross margin in keeping with daily goals set forth by Management. Build loyal customer relationships via telephone, emailing and conduct client visit. To make and accept customer telephone calls and provide honest, sincere and courteous assistance to the customer's needs regardless of assigned Account Manager. This includes necessary follow up to insure that the customer's expectations are met, or exceeded. Provide written and verbal pricing quotes to customers in an organized, timely and professional Manner. Attend all applicable Company training events to remain enlightened on product knowledge, competitive information, sales skills and new procedures. Also enhance these skills through self study, meetings with management to review phone calls or target areas for improved performance. Follow all policies as defined in the Company policy manual. Work with all Associates in a professional manner at all times. Perform any other duties that are assigned by Management to the best of the Associate's ability. Maintains a current knowledge of market activities including competitive products, pricing and policies, new technology, product specifications and possible new products. Communicates this information to management on a regular basis. My responsibilities also includes planning, organizing and ensuring highly productive operation to meet good quality customers’ service, fulfilling requirements on time and able to meet company target. I am also responsible for monitoring. I also manage and control purchase orders, preparing shipping documents and handling customer and prospective client’s inquiries, orders, request, closely coordinate to production and endure timely efficient delivery of products or information. Time oriented and time sensitive, strong organization and project management skills, excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate and deliver a product at or above the clients' expectations. With strong computer based skills such as, word, advanced excel, powerpoint and basic computer troubleshooting skills, experience in administrative role, email sales and marketing and customer oriented.
