My main goal is to have a job that would maximize my skills in any field to be productive by all means. I am a very hardworking person. I have attention to details and make sure that the employers will be delighted to the service that I offer. I can be trained in any field. I am much interested to be trained on the marketing side of social media and etc. Provided with the right materials and instructions, I know I can manage things well.
I am computer literate. I am also an internet savvy, I have a fast and reliable internet connection at home. I am online 6-8 hours a day. I have typing speed of 40-50 plus words per minute. I have gmail and yahoo accounts and I manage them well. I am proficient in using social media like facebook, instagram and the like. I have the eye and skills for editing. I do minor blogging and have skills in research with the help of different search engines.
I have expertise on call handling and customer service. I have worked with various accounts like Expedia Sales, Western Union International, Citigroup Financial Acquisition / Telesales. I learned how to handle diverse customers and with that I was able to mold my skills in one call resolution. I learned how to sell products over the phone and focus on the needs of the clients.
I can work well under time pressure. I focused and determined. I can be easily taught highly because I have passion for learning. If given the chance to be part of your company, I will do my job well.
