I've worked in BPO company for 4 years as Analyst for Financial Services of a client. What I did is reconciling accounts depends on their payment and invoice processing. Another 2 years abroad as Credit Administrator wherein i do the Accounts Reconciliation to update the system for their customer's payment in a daily basis. The most recent I worked with is an Ebay seller which is based in UK but their customer service is here in Philippines, and i am one f those agents answering their inquiry/complaints and giving information about their order via email, chat or sometimes thru phone calls.
