I was previously working from several call centers in the Philippines as a Customer Service Representative and Technical Support Representative. My job was to make sure that customer's expectations were met by attending to their needs and at the same time providing excellent customer service. Customers are the heart and soul of the job that's why we need to be sure that we provide nothing less than excellent customer service and attend to their needs. I can also type an average of 60 WPM which I think can help me land and find a job here on onlinejobs.ph. I know that time is of the essence in this line of work and fast typing can ease the job and will get it done in a timely manner.
