Profile Description

I have wide experience of being an executive secretary in a physical office in the United Arab Emirates before I switched to a virtual environment which I am enjoying for more than 12 years now. I provided services to different kinds of employers from Australia and the USA; the latest was working as a General Admin Assistant / Permit Specialist to Gulf States Roofing and Construction Services,  USA. As a permit specialist, I was responsible for preparing all the necessary documents that we need for the application of the Municipal permit and to make sure  admin tasks have been completed in a timely manner including invoicing and payment claims and a lot more.

For me working is not just all about doing a particular task and making money out of it. I always put my heart into whatever I do and love whatever I am doing. I am very flexible when it comes to tasks; you can put me anywhere that you might need my help. I can help in administration, bookkeeping, social media management, marketing, image/video editing, etc. I also believe that excellence is not how you perform when somebody is watching but excellence is how you work when you know that nobody sees what you do. And with the nature of our work, normally we are working alone in the comfort of our home; I believe that this kind of attitude is very important. I love to learn new things and be trained if necessary.  Last but not least I always do whatever I do for the glory of God. Is this important? We are limited when we work for man, but when we are working for the maker of the Universe, how are you supposed to work? Of course! We will always go above and beyond what is expected.
