I've worked in the BPO industry since 2003. I was a Customer Service Rep and a Technical Support Rep before and handled both US and Australian accounts. Part of my responsibilities as CSR were: answering billing inquiries, processing of payments, handling disputes, upgrading of services and sales. As a TSR, some of things that I've done would be troubleshooting of internet connection, email management and email support.
I'm internet-savvy, knows MS Office and can type 45 wpm. I love helping people and has excellent communication skills. I'm hardworking, reliable and a very optimistic person. I'm also a team player but can also work on my own with minimal supervision. I'm looking for a stable job where in I can be a part in building your business.
