AUS Telco Account - Helps the customer for an inquiry with regards to the services that the customers have fixed line, mobile and internet connection. Provides right plans or advising customer tailor-fitted products or packages which are cost-effective and beneficial for them,
and Financial Account for Prepaid Cards - Provides assistance or walk-through on how they can register the
card online
which includes email verification, password reset. Helps the customer on how they can manage their account online which includes of card activation, updating their profile, enrolling direct deposit and adding a sub-accounts
