I have worked as an Administrative Assistant for the past 3 years,with Adidas company in Syria as Director of the secretarial service office (2005-2008) My tasks (related but not limited) were:
a) filing and archiving files
b) Scheduling
c) Financial Accounting {temporarily}
d)handle emails.
e) do market research.
f) follow up appointments...etc
and for 2 years in a virtual capacity on Odesk (real-ln / virtual assistant for 6 months and TTT / Personal Assistant ( Project 2 ) zc for 2 years).. As your ad requires, I am fluent in all computer
systems which required
it my job as virtual assistant,
I can handle every Virtual Assistant task that can be thrown at my way like manage schedules, handle emails, organize necessities, do research, or follow up appointments at the very least. I can also handle other tasks like data entry, search engine optimization, write articles, submit write-ups to online directories,
