Duties and Responsibilities:
• Daily Unbilled reports for Billing Due List and Error for all division in SAP.
• Responsible for printing the request a copy of Invoices.
• Responsible for Cancelling Billing Document
• Responsible for Rebilling / Regenerate new billing documents.
• Responsible for Creating new Set – up of Customer Account for Sales Tax
• Responsible for Creating new Sales Tax Certificates for new customer accounts
• Responsible for Vendor and Customer Set-up.
General Accounting – Rigs Australia
Daily and monthly Cash book Reconciliation
Daily and monthly journals
Monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation (Asset and Liability accounts)
Intercompany – Rigs Australia
Accounts Payable / Receivable Intercompany Invoicing
MS Excel Task, like Reports and a like
