I have been in the call center industry for almost 4 years now as a technical/customer service agent. My first 2 years in the call center industry was with the warranty service center for mobile
phones and I spent almost 2 years with at&t Uverse as a tier 1.5 technical support agent.
Through the years of working in the BPO industry I learned to follow instructions diligently , keep sensitive information privately and in terms of linguistics, I must say my English vocabulary had improved & I am looking forward to learn more & share it with others. I am patient, professional and eager to learn new skills.
