Data Entry
I have worked for several real estate businesses online for their leads and database. Most of my jobs were to gather and input data to the spreadsheet and conduct specific process in their system. I have done this job for more than a year. I even have my own website to offer my services whenever clients need it.
Virtual Assistance
I can say that I am an overall virtual assistant. I can do tasks from admin, secretarial up to anything you would ask me to do - online, of course(job related stuff). In some cases, I ask my client to specify the job I need to do and I reassess my self if I am capable of the task to be done and tell the client my feedback right away to avoid wasting each other's time.
Wordpress
I know how to install wordpress website both manual(cpanel) and automatic. I can install a blog in wordpress and navigate and work on it to make it as a website or blog. I can create pages and post, install widgets and plugins, apply themes, and make modifications in the html and CSS.
SEO
I think everyone knows SEO nowadays. But not all are capable and are willing to learning new things in SEO. There is always something new and there is always a reason to adapt and learn and unlearn. Its a cycle and a process at the same time. Link building for an instance, we started from simply putting links in a page or website. Now, we are doing it in a more complex yet comprehensive way; e.g. guest posting, specialized bookmarking, direct contact with blog owners, etc. There so much you can do in SEO, but there's a thin line to making it right or wrong.
