Profile Description

Hi! i'm 31 years old and currently working as an Events Coordinator.
I have worked for a BPO company for 3 years. I handled IT accounts for our department (VOIP, document management and the like). I have also worked for some merchant accounts (credit cards, etc). My knowledge for these accounts are quite good as I have been able to lead a team handling 12 accounts offering these services. Because of these accounts, I have faced clients and different personalities and rush deadlines with whom I have no problem dealing with.
I also have a medical background since I have a degree in Physical Therapy.
My work experience and training in the hospital, BPO industry and in the events have developed and honed my people skills. I am a problem solver and have mastered multi tasking. I can easily adapt to change. I have no problem with deadlines and I can deliver whatever task is asked of me.
The positions/jobs I was given gave me exposure to people, situations and experiences that have helped me develop and nurture my skills. I pay great attention to detail as I am very analytical and very meticulous.
I am fluent in spoken and written English. I am also equipped with basic knowledge in MS powerpoint and MS Excel. I also have great interest in photography and have taken photos and edited them as a hobby.
In the advent of technology, social media such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest have also been a part of my daily routine as I maintain accounts on these platforms.
