Profile Description

I live in Cagayan de Oro City Philippines. I graduated with a degree in Sociology-Anthropolgy from Xavier University, also in the Philippines and the course focused on social and cultural research.
I am currently a home-based customer support for a publishing company and I handle email inquiries, return voicemails, accept customer support calls, and handle the dispute chargeback for the company. I have been a home-based virtual assistant since June 2014 and I started as an order processor for an Ecommerce company based in the United States. I have experience in CRM systems such as Zendesk, Kayako, Infusionsoft, Agile, Stripe, Confirms, and phone systems such as RingCentral.
I was also in the BPO industry from July 2007- May 2012 and had been employed mostly by financial institutions focusing on giving excellent customer service. I was promoted to a product trainer, subject matter expert, and quality assurance analyst. I had several awards during my time with the BPO such as Top 10 agent, and #1 Overall CSAT Agent for Payment related calls. One of my strength also had been my diligence in coming to work on time and making the best of my productivity. I also had experience in internet home networking as a technical and sales support representative.
I hope that I can be given a chance to be part of a company. I believe with my skills and abilities, together with the knowledge that I will gain, I can contribute to the growth of the company and attain the goals set for me.

- Marc Diez

Onlinejobs.ph "ID Proof" indicates if "they are who they say they are".

It DOES NOT indicate skill level.

ID Proof scores are 0 - 99 with 99 being the best. It is calculated based on dozens of data points.

It's intended to help employers know who they're talking to is real, and not a fake identity.
