I worked as a nursing aide in Singapore to practice what I've learned from my field of study then I continued working as a nurse in a medical center for seafarers in Manila. There are many things I've learned through interaction with other people: from being a team player, working efficiently while under pressure, being flexible with work and time and many more. I've also worked previously as Customer Service Representative in one of the BPO centers in the Philippines, since I need to earn more to suffice my needs. What I've learned as a call center agent are identifying client's needs, providing timely resolutions, monitoring the efficiency of the resolution by encouraging customer feedback, enhancing my skills in English communication, organization and planning, and continuing to work and meet deadlines effectively while under pressure. I'm also used to setting goals for myself so I can follow a path (system) that will help work effectively and productively.
