Profile Description

I am a registered nurse and an IV therapist and can work on health science/medical issues- related projects. I am also a TESDA-certified medical transcriptionist and can transcribe/edit medical reports. Apart from my background in healthcare, I am very much interested in article/letter-writing in other fields.
I have often participated in journalism and broadcasting contests as a student and was the managing editor of my school paper for two consecutive years. I have also been part of an international conference of nursing students in Cebu city and handpicked by my university to present a group thesis to the conference's expert panel of judges.
As stated in my job description, I keep up with current events and am interested in assessing people's feedback to various social issues. I'm also literate in MS word and excel.
I'm self-motivated and quick to learn. Very meticulous and thorough especially when it comes to editing and brushing up my work. I am very resourceful regarding research and can expand on a topic with limited information available.
