I have done a lot of customer/Technical support for the past 10-13 Upgrade to see actual infow that I am a Support Team Lead for South East, Mexico Support team for a huge retail client that started in Sweden, it lets me do a variety of things such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Operation and Support. I am more into enhancing agent’s interpersonal skills to be more efficient when it comes to call handling and providing technical/customer service support.I used to provide more advance technical assistance so that we can provide resolution to our end users accurately and in timely manner.I’m knowledgeable to most Microsoft office programs such as MS office, windows account and remote access tools. I managed to provide articles that helped our team to improve each and everyone’s score by providing proven working KB articles that we've research and tested for team's use. Being part of the solution is vital when I work in a team, and I believe this is my real strength, to get along with different personalities.
