I've worked most of my life as a call center agent. I can easily communicate in English and I've also been told that I'm good at building rapport. I've worked in a couple of B.P.O. companies here in Cebu. As an agent, I've been a customer support representative and a technical support representative. I've worked with big companies in America which have been outsourced here in Cebu. Other than a call center agent, I've also worked as a sales engineer for an accumulation of one year. Since childhood I've always had a knack for making friends and building relationships. Unfortunately, the compensation is not as well as working for outsourced companies.
