To be able to provide you with realistic but excellent reasons why I should work for you,
I would like to provide you with a brief work background and how I was able to improve and may be able to help the company. I have been with this kind of Industry (offshore support) since 2007 when I started providing excellent customer service to Dish Network customers. Being open to exciting opportunities I moved to Technical Support in Sutherland Global Services and after regularization was promoted to Subject Matter Expert for their Voice and Chat Support LOB's. I was given opportunities to train agents preparing them before they take calls or chat. I also facilitated up training courses for new updates provided by our client. The account in Sutherland only stayed for 3 years but a new door opened and I joined IBM Learning Team as Learning Specialist, providing support for Web-based and Instructor-led-courses for IBM employees through Chat, e-mail, or phone.
I was able to meet my goals and provide my daily targets because of the work ethics that I was able to adopt from my previous companies.
I pride myself as a competent team player, as to strive to do exceptional work with others while also raising each individual standard. In all the companies I've worked at, I can say that I am dependable and that I am able to meet my responsibilities and contribute in hitting the goals that I have set for myself and that of the company consistently.
