After I graduated in College, I used to work with Washington Mutual Bank Collection Specialist for a year. We handle customer inquiries and resolve their concerns with their credit card accounts. After they were bought by Chase, I resigned and worked with Western Union US and handled back office support and got promoted twice. I handle teams and make sure they meet the Key Performance Indicators daily. I can work offline and online and used to prepare reports and reports them to the clients.
