It is my first time to engage in the field of online job. To start of on my basic skills, I can speak and write in English. English was one of the medium of my learning course in school during elementary, high school and college so I can see no problem that I won't qualify for being knowledgeable in English communication. Moreover, in my current line of work right now, I generate working procedures for my specific area of responsibility delivered in English. I communicate English fluently during reporting and when interacting with Japanese foreigners in our Company.
Another basic skills that I have is being knowledgeable in Computers. I can type without looking at the keyboard with an approximate 60wpm typing rate. I am also knowledgeable in using the Microsoft Office Suite namely Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Power Point. I have applied most of the Microsoft Office Suite at work when using excel for calculations in the Engineering field, Delivering Letters and Power Point Presentations. Other general computer related tasks that I am knowledgeable of are using the internet, e-mail and handling Windows Operating System.
In my line of work also I am currently handling 2 inspectors to handle Quality Inspection tasks. I am leading the Quality inspection task and it is my goal to push my Inspectors to attain our desired targets as what the company expects of me. I enjoy the task of coaching my 2 inspectors to bring out the best in each of them. I encourage them a lot so they stay motivated and empowered to learn and do their work to the fullest.
